00:00Hi I'm Heather I'm here from Isle of Man Creamery and so we are here today with a

00:05range of our products, different cheeses, butter, milkshakes and merchandise. It's

00:11actually our 90th anniversary this year. We're a farmers co-operative so we take

00:15in all the milk that the farmers on the Isle of Man produce and anything that we

00:19do goes back to the farmers in terms of profits as well. So today we can see

00:23we've got our show special which is a cool bag, 84 cheese and a butter. We've

00:28also got a selection of milkshakes here and we are just here to promote the Isle

00:33of Man dairy industry and to let people have a try of what we've got and we've

00:36also got some desserts today. We've got strawberries and cream and eaten mess so

00:40hopefully something for everybody.
