00:00The Court of Appeals issued a freeze order on the assets and bank accounts of the Kingdom of Jesus Christ founder, Pastor Apollo Quiboloy.

00:08The freeze order is effective immediately and has a 20-day visa.

00:12Witness the remaining 5 statements.

00:17The freeze order includes 10 bank accounts of Pastor Quiboloy,

00:21as well as 7 real properties, 5 vehicles, and 1 aircraft.

00:25As well as 47 bank accounts of the Kingdom of Jesus Christ, 16 real properties, and 16 motor vehicles.

00:33The accounts, properties, and vehicles are also included in the freeze order

00:37to the Suarezul Media Corporation, which runs SM&I or Sunshine Media Network International,

00:44the media arm of the Kingdom of Jesus Christ,

00:47as well as the accounts and assets of the Children's Joy Foundation established by the pastor.

00:52There is also a freeze order for Quiboloy's accomplices in the cases of sex trafficking, fraud,

00:58conspiracy, bulk cash smuggling, and money laundering in America,

01:02as well as for his accomplices in the cases of qualified human trafficking

01:06and child and sexual abuse here in the Philippines.

01:09The basis of the freeze order is the two sets of cases.

01:13One set is in the U.S., in America,

01:18and the other set is for qualified trafficking in persons as well as child abuse.

01:25At the end of this all, we want to see the money trail in the illegal activities of the pastor.

01:34According to Quiboloy's lawyer and his religious group,

01:38he will not comment until the copy of the freeze order is obtained.

01:42SM&I said that it respects the decision,

01:46but it will issue a motion to the CA to repeal the order

01:50or request a temporary restraining order from the Supreme Court.
