00:00The government's various agencies have nominated Vice President Sara Duterte for her new speech.
00:07Filhealth, NKamara, and airport officials are included.

00:17A message for us Muslim brothers was released by Vice President Sara Duterte on her Facebook page.
00:25She followed it in the first statement of the six Muslim tribes that promised to provide support and security to the Vice President if she needs it.
00:34But aside from that, Vice President Duterte also made a speech against the government.
00:39She said that the Philippines should stand up against foreign interference in the domestic affairs of the country.
00:47The Philippines is now easily swayed and will follow the will and demand of foreign countries like the International Criminal Court or ICC.
00:57She also added that the Philippines should be led by people with disabilities and the ability to protect a clean government and development,
01:07led by people who have no right to the work they have sworn.
01:13Vice President Sara Duterte also condemned the use of the Filhealth fund for things that have nothing to do with health.
01:20It should be true that the health care system should take care of the well-being of Filipinos.
01:26Filhealth's re-establishment of almost Php90 billion in the national government to fund the unprogrammed appropriations under the 2024 national budget has become controversial.
01:40Filhealth is ready to explain to VP Sara if it is needed.
01:45There is no sacrifice or benefit for the Filipinos.
01:49Maybe it's better if we can talk to her so that we can explain the program of Filhealth and what are the plans.

02:07The vice president also condemned the members of the House of Representatives who instead of passing a new law,
