00:00Due to the effect of the oil spill, the province of Bataan declared a state of calamity.
00:05This is after the sinking of two ships and the collision of another ship in the sea of the province.
00:12According to Bataan Governor Joe Edgarcia, according to the Pan-Lalawigan Resolution No. 328,

00:27As of now, more than 17,000 fishermen in Bataan have been affected by the oil spill.

00:38more than 10,000 families in Limay and more than 4,000 families in Mariveles are affected by the oil spill.
00:48The state of calamity was first declared in the province on July 24
00:54because of the strong winds that forced the oil spill.
