00:00In the midst of the fire, the residents of Barangay Pasong Tamo, Quezon City were evacuated.

00:06They helped to rescue a resident from his burning house.

00:11This is the news of James Agustin.

00:18Residents were desperately trying to rescue a man from his burning house.

00:23Get out, get out, get out!

00:27When the gate was opened, they immediately took the man out.

00:31His house was on fire.

00:37It took a few seconds to see how the house was completely engulfed by fire.

00:44When this happened in Crames Street, Barangay Pasong Tamo, Quezon City,

00:48it was already past two in the early morning.

00:50The first alarm was put on the fire protection.

00:53The firetruck is located in Sampung Firetruck, Ramiz Pondi,

00:55as well as the fire volunteer group.

01:01The first responder, 59-year-old Francis De Los Reyes, was immediately rescued.

01:06He was hit in the right arm, left arm and head.

01:11He is very thankful to the residents who helped him to get out of the house.

01:15I was sleeping in my house.

01:18When I woke up, there was a fire inside.

01:22I was shaking.

01:24I was pouring water.

01:25I couldn't pour it.

01:26The fire was getting bigger and bigger.

01:28People were shouting.

01:30I tried to open the gate.

01:31I couldn't open it.

01:32I was pushed to open it.

01:34That's why I was able to get out.

01:36James and John Jones are among the people who helped Francis.

01:44We freed everyone.

01:46We padlocked it.

01:47We couldn't destroy it.

01:48We used pinico and barretas.

01:55The smoke was coming out of the fire.

01:57We ran to the fire.

01:59We were shocked by the power of the fire.

02:01It took 18 minutes for the fire to burn out.

02:04The BFP was also investigating the fire.
