17:48So, we have a Philadelphia motif tonight.
17:52We were in Philadelphia recently, and we found a terrific place to eat. You remember this?
17:56I do. Take a look.
18:00Ben Pocowicz is the co-owner of Bing Bing Dim Sum.
18:04Not easy to say, but it's fun to say here in Philadelphia. What's dim sum in general?
18:08Dim sum are like small, shareable dumplings, breads, appetizers.
18:12So, these are Chinese barbecue ribs, shrimp dumplings,
18:16scarlet dumplings, caterpillar bread. When we make it, it actually looks like a caterpillar.
18:20And then the chili-style sandwich stuffed inside of a bao.
18:24My business partner, Sean, is bringing in our soup dumplings.
18:28They're stuffed with chicken broth, so when you bite into them, there's gonna be a burst of soup.
18:32There seems to be steam coming off here, so when I bite into them, I will also scream, apparently.
18:36You gotta be careful. Lean it up on the spoon.
18:40Take a bite from the side. Suck up soup.
18:44All right, your turn. A multi-talented woman, ladies and gentlemen.
18:48Thank you, Ben. Congratulations on your success. It's a great place.
18:52Thanks for coming.
18:56When we go on these trips, we basically eat, don't we?
19:00We do. Occasionally, we'll take a break, but then we eat some more.
19:04That's pretty much what we do. It's a tough job, but somebody's gotta do it.
19:08Anyway, we'll see you next time for more Wheel of Salon. We're hungry. We gotta go to dinner.
19:18We'll see you next time.
