00:03When I come to Pakistan, I always put weight on. Always.
00:05And I wish Pakistanis would understand that there's only so much tea you can drink in a day.
00:10It's straight away, oh, how you doing? Where you from, Scot? Oh, do you want a cup of tea?
00:12Like, instantly.
00:14So the hospitality here is something that I've never experienced in any other country.
00:17I'll give you an example.
00:18A Pakistani gets off the plane at Glasgow or London,
00:21and they're walking down a random street.
00:23You're going to get Londoners announcing, oh, where you from, Pakistan?
00:26Oh, do you want to come into my house and come to my brother's son's wedding?
00:29And do you want a cup of tea? You can spend the night here.
00:31You won't get that, but I'll get that on the streets of Pakistan.
00:33So that's the big difference between hospitality.
00:35They want to make sure that you're having a good time.
00:37And the element of that is that you're a foreigner, so they want to be nice to you.
00:40And they want you to enjoy their country, whereas in the West,
00:43people are looking at you going, oh, there's another foreigner.
00:46You know, that's the difference.
