00:00An ecstatic welcome for Taiwan's athletes upon their return home.
00:08On Tuesday morning, eight Taiwanese Olympians arrived back in the country after competing
00:13in the summer games in Paris.
00:15Although none of them won medals, for their fans, they're still Taiwan's pride and joy.

01:01his future.
01:02I'm not sure if I want to change my identity and focus on becoming a coach in the future.
01:10I hope I can pass on the skills I've learned in my life, the spirit of judo, and the enlightenment
01:22to my juniors."

01:51Many of the fans at the airport waiting for Wang had posters, pictures for him to sign,
02:01and one even prepared a Wang Guang-hong doll.
02:27Some Yang fans even arrived as early as 6.30am to show their support.
02:32The three of us love swimming, so we learned a lot from him.
02:40I think the spirit of discipline is very important.
02:43These eight athletes are just the first group of Olympians to return home, with more expected
02:48on Wednesday.
02:49Meanwhile, their teammates are still vying for glory in Paris.
