00:00The 12-year-old El James Retiza will do his best to reach his school in Barangay Alanginan, Bacolod City.

00:15From Barangay Santa Cruz in the town of Murcia, a grade 6 student is using a harness pulled by his father to go to Barangay Alanginan.

01:07Under DepEd Order No. 005, signed by former DepEd Secretary, Vice President Sara Duterte,

01:14teachers must render 6 hours for actual classroom teaching within their 8-hour duty every day.

01:23According to Teachers' Dignity Coalition Chairperson Benjo Basas,

01:28it's physically challenging especially since there are more sections held by teachers due to the strict curriculum.
