00:13They say there is no mechanism for them to address unreasonable evaluation grades that hurt their pay and their chances of bonuses.
00:20They also say they are dealing with long working hours and staff shortages.
00:25We can no longer tolerate the current workplace environment.
00:31We call on the Ministry of Education to provide our caregivers with a better workplace environment so that they can retain outstanding talents.
