00:06Over 1,500 caregivers gathered in Taipei to demand better pay and protections against unfair treatment.
00:13They say there is no mechanism for them to address unreasonable evaluation grades that hurt their pay and their chances of bonuses.
00:20They also say they are dealing with long working hours and staff shortages.
00:25We can no longer tolerate the current workplace environment.
