00:00Hey, how are you guys doing today?
00:05This is Steve from Cymbals and Snares, home of the other name brand.
00:11What I have to demonstrate for you today is a black Wuhan china.
00:17This is the 18 inch model.
00:19Wuhan has released two black chinas, a 16 inch and an 18 inch model.
00:26Now just to bring you up to speed, late last year Wuhan had released the 16 and 18 inch
00:34black china, but they were a high gloss black and there was some type of manufacturing problem
00:41so they recalled them, they took them off the market, didn't really recall them, they
00:44just stopped selling them.
00:48Both chinas had, the black had an effect on the sound that was quite profound, it took
00:57away a lot of the high end.
00:58I have a friend who absolutely loved the china with that sound, he always thought they were
01:02too harsh.
01:05This black, they worked on the problem and it's solved.
01:08This black is a flat black and it does not affect the china sound whatsoever, I mean
01:15it might affect the high end just a hair, but not really.
01:20I'm going to play it in a second and shut my trap, which I'm sure comes as a welcome
01:24relief to most of you.
01:26Alright, here we go.
01:33I mean it's still got that classic Wuhan sound, you know what I mean?
01:45Still that classy, dark, trashy kind of Wuhan sound, not only will you assemble sound dark,
02:12but now it will look dark.
02:15That's really what I've got to tell you, I mean it's an aesthetic choice, it's up to
02:19you.
