00:00For those who are cooking using Liquefied Petroleum Gas or LPG, the budget has been added because of its high price this first day of August.
00:16According to Petron, they added 30 centavos per kilo. That's equivalent to 3 pesos and 30 centavos price hike for each 11 kilogram tank.
00:26The high price is because of the increase in the international contract price of LPG this month.
00:32For Soleil, they added 27 centavos per kilo for LPG.
00:37For each 11 kilogram of their tank, the high price is 2 pesos and 97 centavos.
00:44The other companies haven't announced yet.
00:46The Department of Energy reminds that there is a price freeze in places in the country that are in a state of calamity due to the increase of typhoons and harsh weather.
00:55This means that the high price of LPG tanks, which are 11 kilograms less, and products of kerosene cannot be implemented.
01:04The price freeze is effective for 15 days since the State of Calamity was declared.
