Premier says more needs to be done for aged care patients

The Premier has warned ramping will remain a feature of the health system if the federal government does not do more to find places for aged care patients who are ready to be discharged from hospital. The opposition says South Australia is closing in on a record on hours lost to ramping since the 2022 election.

01:19Peter Mallon asked us needs to get in the phone to Anthony Albanese if he thinks they're
01:23not doing the right job and sort it out because it's South Australians who are really suffering.
01:28The 100,000th hour figure could be passed in coming days when July's statistics are
01:32made public.
