00:03Proposals to build 102 new homes in North Derbyshire have been submitted to Chesterfield

00:08Borough planners. A new application seeks full planning permission to build the properties

00:12on grassland to the west of Bevan Drive in Incasul. Outline planning permission was granted in 2016.

00:20Development of 29 new houses on the northern portion of the site closest to Ringwood Hall

00:24has begun after permission was granted. The applicant Longrose Greentown Incasul LLP

00:30proposes that the 102 houses will be built from red brick with tiled roofs, semi-detached and

00:36occasional terraces. A design and access statement to Chesterfield Borough Council

00:41indicates that 46 two-bedroom properties, 41 three-bedroom homes and five four-bedroom houses

00:48will be constructed and that there will be 10 affordable houses as part of the scheme.

00:55A group of Peak District walkers has banded together to carry out a major litter pick in

00:59a woodland beauty spot after discovering it was filled with rubbish and abandoned camping gear.

01:09like-minded strangers to find each other and try new outdoor pursuits but their expedition to snake

01:14woodland in the Hope Valley was a different kind of workout. Group founder Andy Edwards said

01:20some of us were out for a walk a few weeks ago and at the end of the route it took us through

01:23some woodland. The only way I can describe the scene is like the aftermath of a festival.

01:28He put out an appeal for help and 20 volunteers to turn up and help with a cleanup. Working for

01:34almost six hours in the blazing sun the group did their best to clear around half of the woodland

01:38and return it to a state of nature.
