00:00I can't believe it, because we started this office saying 25 retired vehicles, now we're going to 32.
00:06And Roger, come with me here because I'm going to show you one of these, of these 32 vehicles that are going to retire, which is here, which was retired a little while ago.
00:16In the back, it caught the attention because it was full of bags, full of packages, and the person who was driving it pointed out that he worked in a delivery service.
00:25And he clearly had all the dispatch guides up to date. What he didn't have up to date, guys, was the vehicle documents. He didn't have a single one up to date.
00:35Hey, what's up with that? Did he take the delivery orders? Because if not, he's also going to have to answer.
00:42Look, at first it was all a pre-discussion, because the problem was that at first the police officer who inspected him thought he was under the effect of some drug.
00:51He asked him, he told him, did you smoke something? Did you consume something? And the person tells him, no, I didn't consume anything.
00:57And with that, they continued to talk normally. And there, this person tells him, what happens is that I work in this delivery, delivering these goods, and I need to go deliver them because I'm in that.
01:07And there, the police officer tells him, call a relative, tell him to come get it, and take the goods that were a few minutes ago, and the car stayed here.
01:15What also caught the attention, Pri, this, we have talked about it many times, when a vehicle is hit, it is impacted in any of its places, it draws attention because it could have participated in an accident a few minutes ago.
01:29Yes, those vehicles, when the police officer sees them circulating like that, half startled, which evidently could have participated in an accident, are they inspected?
01:38They are inspected, as in this case, there is information many times that is online, there is other information of immediate orders that are made, when there is a theft of the vehicle also, and an urgent order is made.
01:49What does that mean? That a platform is entered, that patent plate with all the background, then the police officer, at the time of consulting, he will know.
01:55And throws it, that that vehicle has an order, and there is also a rigorous procedure, but they are also clues for a prosecutor.
02:02Now, if the vehicle does not have any kind of data record, any valid document, they take it out of circulation, as in this case.
02:09If there is no complaint that someone is accusing him of having an accident or something, it is removed from circulation if it does not have any kind of document.
02:16Of course, because they also ask him what happened to his vehicle.
02:20And there in the case that the police officers or the prosecutor, at the time of seeing that the driver is in some, I do not know, that he is under the influence of some psychotropic, of something.
02:29They can do a test, which is the NarcoTest or the AlcoTest.
02:32Then they can do it in the place, and depending on what comes out, they also adopt a rigorous procedure.
02:37A quick test. There we are seeing the image, Gabo, of when he is taking all the bags of the delivery.
02:42Because it is not less.
02:44It was a lot of things he was carrying.
02:46No.
02:48He was going to be late.
02:50There were many bags in the back.
02:53All the rear seats were full of bags.
02:56And here in the suitcase, too, in fact, the police officer wanted to check the entire car.
03:00Precisely because of his question, if he had consumed drugs.
03:03They checked the glove compartment, the side here, the door too.
03:07And they also began to look if each of the packages came with the name and the address that they were going to somewhere.
03:14And it was not something that he was transporting illegally.
03:18Hey, but it was also a package for each address that he had attached today.
03:23And now who is going to distribute it?
03:25It was a lot. I think that with the amount of bags he had, the car was more or less full.
03:30The suitcase and also the rear seats, right?
03:33It was a long day.
03:34Look, it was a hill.
03:35Yes.
