00:00Good morning everyone, welcome back to my channel, I'm Karina Koba and today I'm going
00:28to be doing a review and a run through on Fight Camp.
00:32Fight Camp is a U.S. based company, they're pretty new to the game of home workouts and
00:38they're pretty unique as well because this is like an interactive boxing gym so you basically
00:44get the feel for having like a boxing class from home, which is great because it hooks
00:50up to the TV and you have trackers in your gloves that will track how many hits you get
00:57in so I'm very excited for that.
01:00First of all I have to say a huge thank you to Mikael, my friend from the U.S. because
01:06without him I could not have had this product because I'm in Canada, they do not ship to
01:11Canada yet so Mikael grabbed it for me and shipped it for me out of the kindness of his
01:17heart and I'm so happy that I have friends like this all around the world to help me
01:22out when I really, really want something.
01:25I wanted this product for probably about since it's been out or since I've seen it, which
01:31was the last six months.
01:33I used to box and fight a lot at a boxing gym and it's just that full body workout that
01:40I'm looking for and it's really going to help me kick off my weight loss journey and my
01:46toning up, you know, different parts of my body, using muscles that I don't usually use
01:53and it's going to be doing all of that with the help of Fight Camp here so I'm going to
01:59explain how I got this set up, what's involved in setting it up, I'm going to download the
02:05app on my phone here right away so I'll take you guys through all the steps right now.
02:12So guys, all the pieces have now arrived.
02:22I'm now going to fill the base with some water, as you can see there.
02:45So it came with this circle and I velcroed those pieces on and the base will sit inside
02:50of there.
02:52Okay, so I'm at Best Buy and I'm actually picking up an Apple Lightning HDMI adapter
03:01for the Fight Club, for the Fight Camp.
03:05I hope they have it in stock because I don't want to wait for it so I'm going to go in
03:09there now and see if they've got it and that's exactly what I need to mirror it from my phone
03:14because the app doesn't go on to the computer, I mean, sorry, the TV.
03:20So I'll be mirroring from my phone on to the TV and I don't want there to be a huge lag.
03:26So they say you can use an Apple TV but I think this way will be faster so we'll see.
03:32Let's go get it.
03:33So I found what I needed and I'm just going to check out now.
03:44Okay, so I have the user manual, I've already set up the bag as you can see I just showed
03:48you.
03:49Also, I bought this to clip on to my TV, to get what's on my phone to show up on the TV.
03:59So that's cool and then in this box is going to be the racks and the trackers.
04:05And then I have my cool Fight Camp gloves so I'm just going to go ahead and the next
04:11step would be for me to get the Fight Camp app.
04:17So I'm going to be doing that with the code there.
04:34Okay, so while the app is downloading, I'm now going to open this up because I believe
04:39I have to charge my trackers.
04:42So very cool, I'm so excited, look at this cool box, look at those trackers.
04:52So I'm going to have to charge these up which I'm going to plug in right now and then these
04:57are the quick wraps so they go inside these wraps and then inside the gloves so it can
05:01track my punches, how fast I'm going, how much progress I'm making from workout to workout.
05:08Just an exciting process and I love boxing so this is just the greatest.
05:14I'm so happy.
05:22Okay, so now with the app, I'm now going to create my profile, very exciting.
05:28So, Karina Koba.
05:31Alright, so I created my Fight Camp profile and it immediately went into this exciting
05:42page.
05:43So, a short intro workout, I do want to try it.
05:50Learn the ins and outs of Fight Camp and see how we bring class to you with our unique
05:55mix of punches and combos, signature bodyweight exercises and smart metrics.
06:01That gets me pumped up, I do want to try.
06:05Let's hope I'm set up.
06:10I'll need to get my gloves on guys so I'm going to do that now.
06:31Okay guys, so I'm ready to start the workout.
06:36These are the trackers here so I just activated them.
06:39They go into the pocket and then you just wrap it around and put my gloves over top
06:50so I'm ready to go.
06:51I'm going to bring it across my body, just like that.
06:54Number four, we're going to lean over to number three.
06:56And your count-off always ends when you grab your fist.

10:08I'm sweating.
10:09I'm out of breath.
10:10That was a good, good start to trying this out.
10:13Um, I did, I was able to get my trackers going, tracking my punches.
10:19And this is what my output was, so I managed to get 310 punches in out of 620, so I've
10:32got a lot of work to go.
10:34My output was 32, so, oh, so 33, and yeah, that was great.
10:45I didn't finish the entire workout, but, you know, goals, got to start slow, work my way
10:52up.
10:53Also, my camera died, so I couldn't get any more footage, but thank you guys so much for
