02:31The target then, sabi nga ng LCFRB based on studies, gumabot lang ito ng 60 or 65.
02:38Maayos na yung numbers in terms of joining the program which reached 83.
02:45So the next phase ngayon, which we are doing now, is to continue yung pinatawag na route rationalization or LPTRP.

03:54yung ilang mga ruta dahil may ilang hindi nakapag-consolidate sa POV modernization program.
04:01Ano po yung inyong kasalukuyang tugon dito po para sa ating mga mananakay?
04:07Just to clarify, yung route rationalization has no connection regarding kung meron ba tayong pagkukulang sa sasakyan ngayon.
04:16Ang route rationalization is a process, is a study para malaman natin ano ang tamang numero.
04:23So it's a process, it's a study. But regarding yung pinaka-number question ninya,
04:29kumusta na ba ang biyahe natin sa kalye after the consolidation, normal ang takbo ng mga sasakyan.
04:38Ang mga biyahe, normal ang nakutuganan ng mga 83 percent na nag-consolidate yung needs ng ating mga commuters sa kalye.
04:49So the transition from the April 30 deadline ay maayos.
04:53And then the route rationalization is a program that will continue and end by 2026.
05:01And after that date pa po, do naman tayo magkakaroon ng next program or next phase which is to acquire modern vehicles.
05:12Q1. Sir, ano naman yung reaksyon ninyo sa isinusulong ng ilang senador na suspindihin muna ang POV modernization program? At ano ang magiging tugon ng DOTR tungkol dito?
05:26Unang-una ang naging reaksyon ng transpo sector right after that statement was made. In fact, halo lukod pero may halo ring galit because they feel that they are the majority,
05:48which they are. And they feel that they have embraced the program at alam nila tuloy-tuloy na ito, kaya they've invested a lot of time and money sa programa because they believe in the program of the government.
06:01So mayroon silang mixed emotion na lungkot pero galit. That's why they are now parang sama-sama yung transpo cooperatives,
06:11pati na rin yung mga corporations buong Pilipinas and they plan to do some series of actions para maiparating ang true state of the sector ng transportasyon, which basically is saying tuloy dapat ang programa.
06:27On the part ng DOTR, we are preparing our answer, rather a letter para ma-clarify or ma-itabi sa ating mga buti senador yung totoong status, totoong estado ng magandang programa natin, which is the public transportation modernization program.
06:50Okay. Useca, Andy, pero kung sakali na maipatupad yung suspension na ito, ano po ang magiging efekto nito sa mga consolidated transport groups at operators? Ano po ang gagawin ninyo sa DOTR?
07:08Alam mo, mahirap isipin kung ano ang mangyayari kung matuloy, kasi a resolution is a resolution. Depende pa po yan sa pagsanggap ng ating Pangulo.
07:19But on the part of the DOTR, we have to pursue what is at hand. Ngunit ang hindi ko lang matasagot talaga ang magiging reaction ng ating majority sa transportation sector.
