00:00Well I'm training a normal day for me looks like overnight oats and then I
00:07usually have a little snack at practice we get like the little honey honey
00:10stinger waffles for lunch I usually have a salad and some kind of protein some
00:16snacks in between lunch and dinner and then dinner this past week was chicken
00:20fried rice. It's important to keep your energy up so I actually eat a lot of
00:23meals over the course of the day as opposed to three primary traditional
00:27meals so a lot of snacks you know varying between protein bars and yogurt
00:32bananas. So my breakfast starts with some protein and some carbs I usually do
00:37scrambled eggs and oatmeal. Favorite lunch is just a plain turkey and cheese
00:42sandwich maybe a little bit of fruit on the side I love apples bananas
00:47strawberries stuff like that and for dinner my favorite meal would be salmon
00:51with a side of pasta. Recently I've been really into meal prepping taco meat and
00:56then add like corn and beans and stuff like that and I'll just keep it in there
01:00I'll make quesadillas heavy on protein sometimes I eat like chick-fil-a if I
01:03don't want to make something in between I'll be like a spicy chicken sandwich
01:07that'll hold me over for the next training. Start my days with a breakfast
01:10sandwich I would say for lunch I have a big bowl of pasta postgame it's kind of
01:15up to whatever I'm kind of feeling because at that point I'm gonna really
01:19be able to eat anything. Three four scrambled eggs two pieces of whole grain
01:24toast post-morning workout or post-morning practice session it's a
01:28protein smoothie then once we get into like the later afternoons it's either you
01:32know a protein bar granola bar or something right before right during like
01:36my afternoon nighttime training and then later at night some type of chicken and
01:40rice beef and rice salmon and rice combination with vegetables is a pretty
01:45standard day for me. I wake up I have a bagel with avocado usually with a coffee
01:50biggest meal I eat is right before the game three hours banana pancakes maybe
01:54with a little bit of bacon and another coffee. I mean I kind of just put some
01:58hydration packets in my water drink a lot of try to drink a lot of water day
02:01before so I'm not you know tired for competition. I'll wake up in the morning
02:05and probably have like a bagel lunchtime maybe like a sandwich or smoothie and
02:11then pregame is usually pancakes postgame I like pizza always have to get
02:17protein shake into obviously throughout the day water and electrolytes as well
