00:00Katie is the kind of athlete that comes around once in a century,
00:04that is going to be talked about every time someone brings up swimming.
00:08Certainly she's going to go down as being one of the greatest swimmers of all time.
00:13Katie Ledecky would be the greatest female swimmer of all time.
00:32And that is undisputed, I would say.
00:37She is a phenomenal athlete.
00:39She has been competing on the world stage at such a high level for so long.
00:44Someone asked earlier what it's like to climb the mountain and then stay atop that mountain,
00:50and Katie has been that for over a decade now.
00:55Just to, one, watch her be able to handle all the pressure and expectations is unbelievable.
01:01She's constantly pushing the envelope on how she can improve,
01:04and it's incredible for our sport.
01:07She's one of the best of all time, so we're really lucky to have her on our team
01:12as both an athlete and a leader.
01:14She's essentially broken every single glass ceiling that she has come in contact with,
01:18and not just broken it, but shattered and sailed through it.
01:22She said that she's going to continue on to LA and try and make a fifth Olympic Games
01:27and go to a home Olympics, so I would say that this is not the last we're going to see
01:31of Katie Ledecky, and she just keeps breaking records every time she enters the pool.
01:36She's an unbelievable athlete, but probably an even better person and an even better leader.
01:42Love you.
01:43Thank you.
