In the wake of a tragic flooding incident at a Delhi IAS coaching centre that claimed the lives of three aspirants, the Municipal Corporation of Delhi (MCD) has commenced bulldozer operations to address encroachments obstructing drainage systems. The flooding, which occurred in a basement library, resulted in the deaths of two women, aged 25, and a 28-year-old man.
