00:00We're going to hear of a sell-off of some sort later today, could you give us an indication of what might be sold?
00:05I can't go through the details of what the Chancellor will announce but I think you've got a broad flavour of it
00:11and it's going to entail some difficult decisions because we have to respond to the situation that has been bequeathed to us.
00:21That's the right thing to do and that's why the Chancellor is going to be so candid with the public this afternoon.
00:27Is HS2 going to get into central London?
00:30Well, honestly, I can't go through them one by one.
00:34So there's no point taking you to Stonehenge because I won't get an answer there either?
00:37Well, we've been left with a real mess on HS2.
00:42This is like a project that's had one limb after another chopped from it, from its original vision
00:50and like everything else we've inherited, we've got to respond to the situation on that bequeathed to us.
00:56It's interesting you talk about medical matters because of course we saw with the Conservative administration
01:00the problems they have with junior doctors but you seem to have been able to go a bit further.
01:03We've now got a GP strike potentially on the way. What would your message be to them, Pat?
