The Prime Minister has removed his Home Affairs and Immigration Ministers after months of damaging criticism about their management of the nation's immigration detention regime. Anthony Albanese's ministerial reshuffle was prompted by the retirements of two senior ministers, but he has made significant changes beyond just replacing them on the frontbench.
