00:00Good afternoon to all of us. This is an update on the weather forecast.

00:04We recently monitored the low-pressure area along 635 kilometers east of Aparikagayan.

00:11We did not rule out the possibility that this will become a typhoon,

00:15but for now, there is a low chance that this will develop into a tropical depression within the next 24 to 48 hours.

00:23At the moment, the trough, or the extension of the LPA that we have mentioned,

00:28is forming a cloudy area and there are areas that are low to mid-level.

00:33Sometimes, we are also expecting heavy rains tonight in parts of Aurora, Quezon, Bicol Region, and in parts of the Summer Provinces.

00:43So, double caution to our countrymen there in the event of floods and landslides.

00:49Meanwhile, Southwest Monsoon is still raging in the northern part of Luzon.

00:55So, if we can see, the western section of Luzon is still covered by floods,

01:00especially in the Ilocos Region, Zambales, Bataan, even here in Metro Manila, Cavite, Laguna, Batangas,

01:08Occidental Mindoro, and in the northern portion of Palawan.

01:11Tonight, we will experience a cloudy sky and scattered rains.

01:18So, double caution to our countrymen who will return to their homes tonight

01:23and there will be sunny days in the mentioned areas.

01:26Meanwhile, in the vast majority of our country tonight,

01:30we are expecting isolated cases or occasional floods and landslides.

01:37And for the time that will be set tomorrow,

01:40the day of the opening of classes in a large part of our country,

01:44the northern part of Luzon, we are still expecting to experience a cloudy sky tomorrow

01:50and there is a high chance of scattered rains.

01:53This is because of the high tide here in the western section of northern Luzon

01:57and because of the trough of low-pressure area in the Silangang part or in the Cagayan Valley area.

02:03So, double caution to our countrymen there and don't forget to bring an umbrella to our countrymen

02:08or to our students who will enter their classrooms.

02:12Meanwhile, here in Metro Manila, as well as in other parts of Luzon,

02:16we are expecting that tomorrow morning until the afternoon, the weather will still be clear.

02:21But at the time of returning home from classes,

02:24it is possible for us to experience floods and landslides

02:28because of the low tide and localized thunderstorms.

02:32We can monitor the thunderstorm advisory that we are releasing

02:36in our social media accounts as well as on our website

02:40so that we can be prepared if we are expected to experience floods within the next 2 to 3 hours.

02:46Our temperature tomorrow here in Metro Manila is 26 to 32 degrees Celsius.

02:51Baguio City, 22 to 18 degrees.

02:54Meanwhile, outside, the maximum temperature will reach 32 degrees

02:58as well as in the parts of Taguigaraw and Legazpi City.

03:01In Metagaytay, the temperature will reach 24 to 30 degrees Celsius.

03:07In the parts of Calayaan Islands, as well as in Puerto Princesa,

03:11the temperature is expected to reach 26 to 31 to 32 degrees Celsius.

03:18Meanwhile, in Visayas and Mindanao,

03:22they will continue to experience fair weather conditions

03:26or clear weather from morning to afternoon.

03:29In the evening and night, there is a high chance of isolated

03:32or quick rains due to localized thunderstorms.

03:37Our temperature tomorrow in Iloilo is 26 to 33 degrees Celsius.

03:41In the parts of Metro Cebu and Tacloban,

03:44the highest temperature will reach 32 degrees Celsius.

03:48In Acaguende, our temperature tomorrow is 26 to 32 degrees Celsius.

03:53In Mezambuanga and Metro Davao,

03:55the highest temperature will reach 33 degrees Celsius.

04:01To our fellow Filipinos who are going to sail,

04:03good news is that we do not have a high gale warning

04:06in any country in our ocean.

04:08And generally, the waves will be moderate

04:12in our coastal areas.

04:15And for our three-day weather outlook,

04:18from Tuesday to Thursday here in Metro Manila,

04:21Baguio City, and in Legazpi City,

04:24we expect clear weather tomorrow or Tuesday to Thursday,

04:29except for isolated rains in the afternoon and night

04:34here in Camanila and Baguio City.

04:36And the temperature in Metro Manila until Thursday

04:39is 26 or 25 to 33 degrees Celsius.

04:43In Baguio City, the minimum temperature is 17 to 18 degrees in the morning

04:47and 22 to 23 degrees in the afternoon and evening.

04:52In Legazpi City, because of the LPA trough,

04:56on Tuesday, the weather is still cloudy

04:59and there are still isolated rains.

05:02But on Wednesday to Thursday,

05:05we expect improving weather conditions in Legazpi City.

05:09The temperature is 25 to 30 degrees Celsius by Tuesday,

05:13but on Thursday, it is 25 to 32 degrees Celsius.

05:19Let's move on to our key cities in Visayas.

05:23In Metro Cebu and Iloilo City,

05:25until Thursday, the general fair weather conditions will continue

05:29except for isolated rains in the afternoon and night.

05:33But in Tacloban, until Tuesday,

05:36the sky is still cloudy and there are still rains.

05:39But after that, we expect improving weather conditions.

05:43In Metro Cebu, the maximum temperature is 25 to 33 degrees Celsius.

05:47In Iloilo City, it is 26 to 33 degrees Celsius

05:50and 25 to 32 degrees Celsius in Tacloban City.

05:56Let's move on to the cities in Mindanao,

06:00particularly in Metro Dabao, Cagayan de Oro, and Zamboanga City.

06:04In Metro Dabao, until Wednesday,

06:06we expect fair weather conditions.

06:09But on Thursday, the sky is still cloudy and there are still rains.

06:16In Metro Dabao, until Wednesday,

06:19the temperature is 25 to 33 degrees Celsius.

06:22But on Thursday, we expect rains

06:25so the temperature will drop to 31 degrees Celsius in the afternoon.

06:31In Cagayan de Oro and Zamboanga City,

06:34it will continue to be cloudy until morning and evening.

06:40In the afternoon and evening, it will be sunny

06:43due to the high chance of thunderstorms.

06:45The temperature in Cagayan de Oro is 25 to 33 degrees Celsius

06:51while in Zamboanga, it is 25 to 33 degrees Celsius.

06:56Our day here in Metro Manila will end at 6.27 p.m.
