00:00Hello, good evening. Well, we've seen plenty of showers across the northern half of the
00:05country, largely dry in the south though with some sunny spells here. Taking a look at the
00:09latest radar though, we can see that some of these showers across southern parts of
00:12Scotland and northern England are particularly heavy, so do take care if you are travelling
00:17as this could lead to some difficult driving conditions. Later on into the evening though,
00:22we will eventually see these showers ease away, leaving to a largely dry night across
00:27most of the country. Some prolonged clear spells as well where we're likely to see some
00:31mist and fog patches form, particularly in rural spots across parts of Wales and Devon
00:36and Cornwall. And we'll see cloud thicken in the northwest too, leading to a few showers
00:40by the time we reach dawn. But otherwise, a largely dry night, feeling quite cool in
00:45those rural spots, particularly under those clearer spells. But towns and cities mostly
00:50remaining in the low double digits.
00:54So once any of that mist and fog clears during the morning, that will lead to a bright morning
00:59across the country, still just with a few showers feeding into western coasts of Scotland.
01:04But otherwise, a dry, settled day as high pressure builds across the country and plenty
01:08of that warm sunshine on offer, particularly in the southeast where we're going to see
01:13highs of around 26, possibly even 27 Celsius where we see that prolonged sunshine. Cloudier
01:20in the west though, and that might just be thick enough later to produce a little bit
01:23of light rain, but otherwise a dry and settled day. As we head into the evening, we'll continue
01:30to see more and more of that cloud feed into the northwest and some outbreaks of light
01:34rain by the time we reach the morning. And it is going to be turning quite breezy here
01:38as this does so. But otherwise, once again, a largely dry night on offer, still a chance
01:43of some mist and fog in those rural spots. And it is going to be feeling a little bit
01:47warmer tomorrow night too, compared to tonight. Into Monday then, still plenty of dry and
01:54settled weather around, perhaps a bit more high cloud around, so more hazy sort of sunshine.
02:00But into the northwest still, we have that cloud and those outbreaks of rain, so a damp
02:04afternoon on offer here. But otherwise, once again, where you catch that sunshine, it is
02:09going to be feeling very warm. So do take care as UV levels are expected to be quite
02:13high in some spots. And don't forget, for your latest weather updates, you can always
