ಕಳೆದ ಒಂಬತ್ತು ತಿಂಗಳಿಂದ ಸುಮಾರು 50ಕ್ಕೂ ಹೆಚ್ಚು ದಲಿತ ಕುಟುಂಬಗಳು ಮೂಲಭೂತ ಸೌಕರ್ಯಗಳ ನಿರೀಕ್ಷೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಕಾಡು ಜನರಂತೆ ಕತ್ತಲಲ್ಲೇ ಕಾಲ ಕಳೆಯುವ ಘನಘೋರ ಸ್ಥಿತಿ ಬೆಳಕಿಗೆ ಬಂದಿದೆ.
