00:26azure skies meeting the crystal clear waters. I am immersed in the breathtaking beauty of this
00:33surreal place. The soothing hues of white and blue provide such calming vibes. When it comes
00:39to the decor, this is made with a minimalistic ideology. Sunlight flows in from all directions
00:46making one feel like you're sitting outdoors in nature. Next, let's check out the room I'm staying
00:52in. This is so very aesthetic. The soft smooth white set beside the cold blue sea. The light
01:04tone decor of the room relaxes your mind. There is such tranquility all over.

01:48and painting the gorgeous sights of this place. There is outdoor seating in the balcony to get
01:53some beautiful sunset views. The walls of the balcony are adorned by small plants that are
01:59visited by tiny hummingbirds to add more cheer to the vibe of this place.

06:17Let's head to the gym. By the way, there is a private elevator for my room that has direct
06:23access to the gym, spa and restaurant. I make it a point to take some time and workout at the hotel
06:29gym during my travel. You save a lot of time in commuting as the gym is within the hotel.
06:35Let me give you a tour of the fitness center while working out. I began with some stretches,
06:41hit a 10-minute warm-up cardio and did a circuit hitting all the major muscles.
07:47Now it's time to relax at the spa. Anantara world over is known for their spa treatments
08:09and this property too stands up to its name. Apart from the usual relaxing massages,
08:16they have a Moroccan bath along with sauna and a cold plunge pool which is like bathing
08:22in sub-zero temperatures. I spent a good 15 minutes in both the sauna
08:29and the hammam and could stay only for about three minutes in the cold plunge.
09:16It's breakfast time. Let's have some healthy yet delicious food.
09:37Here's your fresh toast with a homemade brioche loaf with some berries, salted caramel and
09:43homemade chantilly. Chantilly is made from a sweetened whipped cream with some vanilla syrup.
