00:00The Philippine Coast Guard deployed three multi-role response vessels to control the oil spill in Bataan after an oil tanker crashed there.
00:09PCG Commandant Coast Guard Admiral Ronnie Gil Caban will assist the ships in placing oil dispersants to reduce the effect of the oil spill.
00:20The PCG ordered the operation to be completed in seven days after the siphoning of the crashed ship.
00:27PCG Spokesperson Coast Guard Rear Admiral Armando Malino explained that there was no public storm warning signal in Bataan when the ship left Limay.
00:37M.T. Terra Nova in Bataan carried 1.4 million liters of industrial fuel oil so there was no oil spill.
00:46In addition, the ship's oil spill was minor so the siphoning will not be difficult and it will be prevented from reaching Bataan and Manila Bay from here.
