What's been the highlight of the summer so far?

00:00Great, enjoying the British temperate climate, having the blessings of being able to transform

00:05people's lives and impact them in the summer as we find for a lot of people it's a quiet

00:09time of reflection, spending time with family. I think for us in the business that we're

00:14in where we help investors and people build communities in their area, it's a busy time

00:19because there's lots of opportunities that are left on the table, especially with what's

00:22been happening around the world, macroeconomics as well as on the local economic level in

00:28the United Kingdom. So it's a great time right now for opportunity and I say make hay

00:33while the sun is shining.

00:35Well I went abroad twice.

00:36Where did you go?

00:37I went to Mauritius and then I went to Malta.

00:40What was your favourite?

00:42Malta I think. I hadn't been there for over 50 years and that was where my husband proposed

00:47to me.

00:48There you go, big. So are you looking forward to anything else this summer then?

00:54Well I'm enjoying being up here with my son and his family.

00:58Summer so far, okay. Probably a trip to Malta.

01:04To Malta? What did you do there?

01:07I'm so sorry, it wasn't Leeds but it's still nice. We went to celebrate my daughter's 21st

01:16birthday. It was great, really nice beaches, great people.

01:22What are your plans for the rest of the summer?

01:26Okay, so Yorkshire, we are on a little tour and so we wanted to see Dales and yeah, staying

01:37for a couple of days in Leeds. My daughter is graduating here so yeah.
