अजमेर.पोक्सो एक्ट प्रकरण में न्यायाधीश बन्ना लाल जाट ने गुरुवार को अहम फैसला सुनाते हुए 13 वर्ष की बालिका को घर से उठा कर ले जाने व विभिन्न स्थानों पर दुराचार करने के अभियुक्त बौराड़ा निवासी प्रधान को 20 साल के कठोर कारावास और 48 हजार रुपए अर्थ दंड से दंडित किया।
विशिष्ट लोक अभियोजक रूपेंद्र कुमार परिहार ने बताया कि 11 मार्च 2023 को रात्रि में अभियुक्त प्रधान (23) ने बालिका को फोन कर घर से बाहर बुलाया। उसे मोटरसाइकिल पर बैठाकर ले गया व अलग-अलग जगह ले जाकर दुराचार किया। पीडि़ता के परिजन ने गुमशुदगी की रिपोर्ट दर्ज कराई। पूछने पर पता चला कि अभियुक्त उसे भगा ले गया है। उसके घर वालों से संपर्क किया तो बोले दस ग्यारह दिन में आ जाएंगे। उसके घर वालों ने बताया कि अभियुक्त ने उससे विवाह कर लिया है, किसी प्रकार की कोई शिकायत नहीं करना। पुलिस ने 8 अप्रेल 2023 को मामला दर्ज कर पीड़िता को लाम्बा गांव के एक होटल से दस्तयाब किया।
