00:05Typhoon Karina and the intensified southwest monsoon.
00:09Maralco reported over 330,000 customers still face outages, down from 640,000 the previous

00:17Majority of outages are in the National Capital Region, or NCR, with Bulacan, Rizal, and Cavite

00:24Maralco assures crews will restore power once conditions are safe, and their One Maralco
00:30Foundation is providing relief packs in Pasig.
