Warren jewel thieves flee, leaving loot scattered over parking lot

Warren Police investigating an overnight jewelry store robbery found plenty of evidence in the parking lot. WWJ's Charlie Langton was there.

00:00This is an active scene here in Warren, 14 Mile and Ryan at the Queen Jewelry Store.

00:06Warren Police are on the scene now picking up jewelry that thieves allegedly stole from

00:17the Queen Jewelry Store here at this strip mall.

00:20You can see the bag here of presumably it's jewelry.

00:28And it was taken after someone smashed through the window of the jewelry store.

00:36There's also a motorcycle down there.

00:39There's a lot of jewelry on the ground.

00:42The cops from Warren here are going through it and they're trying to figure out exactly

00:47how this crime happened.

00:48Now we understand that people may be in custody, but again this is an ongoing investigation.
