00:02hang on, this is a different experience

00:03to what everyone else is having.

00:04At what point did you start raising concerns?

00:07Week one, third day.

00:10I've got texts to the producer on day three going,

00:15this is awful, he hates me,

00:16I don't know what I'm doing wrong.

00:18I'm trying my best, I promise you.

00:20So that was the first week, yeah.

00:22And were there further discussions then?

00:24Many, yeah, many.

00:26And that was with the people working with you at the BBC,

00:29so there were concerns about how you were certainly

00:32managing things.

00:33And I was going into the rehearsal room every day

00:36because I've been in rehearsal rooms for 32 years.

00:39I'm in a rehearsal room at the moment,

00:40which is one of the most beautiful, safe spaces.

00:44And I know what rehearsal rooms are supposed to be like.

00:48And I don't care what background you're from,

00:51whether it's dancing, acting, singing,

00:53you have a duty of care to bring into that rehearsal room

00:56compassion, understanding, sensitivity, and kindness.
