00:40at Rocket Mortgage Fieldhouse. Sami Zayn and friends do Cleveland at the Agoura Theater
00:44wrapped from a loaded SummerSlam Friday and on Saturday Undertaker's critically acclaimed
00:49One Dead Man show takes the stage at Agoura in the afternoon. SummerSlam coverage begins
00:53at 4 p.m eastern at Cleveland Brown Stadium all the way through to SummerSlam post-show
00:57all streaming on Peacock. We are here live tonight and for Cedric Alexander,
01:04Trick Williams these two started the night in each other's face and very quickly
01:11find themselves here one-on-one. Yeah Cedric Alexander was talking about the emotions
01:16of Trick Williams and I'm gonna tell you right now this is this is Trick Williams time
01:22this is this is a ball game for Cedric Alexander.
01:27Big Alexander realize that look NXT is the land of opportunities how massive of one though
01:32is this for someone like Cedric Alexander. Moment for Cedric Alexander stepping right
01:38back into the spotlight but is this too big of a moment because once upon a time Cedric
01:44Alexander had the height of one of this young man right here in the middle of this ring.
01:50Alexander coming on NXT can he beat a former champion the man who's been the face of this
01:54brand it was Alexander who's trying to give a little bit of friendly advice to Trick Williams.
02:06Williams able to navigate his way back to his feet Alexander putting him right back down with
02:10the mat. That's what you want to say about Cedric he's a hell of a challenger very smooth individual.
02:17For Cedric Alexander he's a superstar. That's all man that's all man dog. He's a superstar who last
02:25week tried to do it with his words but now he's trying to almost set an example inside the ring
02:30and take it to try to teach Trick a lesson here tonight and Alexander right on top of
02:36Williams and Cedric right does Trick's emotions get the best of him. He's not the only one to say
02:43that but he just got dropped. It's very emotional Vic but you have to be emotional in this business
02:50especially if you're playing on working at that top level being on that top shelf like Trick
02:55Williams. Oh yes man. I could do this all day long. I'm glad you bring that up as Williams now
02:59the one who's talking a little bit of smack do you like the statement from Trick then that he
03:03will fight anyone anywhere on his way back to the NXT title. That's what I was talking about Vic.
03:09We're gonna lose man. You gotta you gotta know just how good you really are in that ring. That's
03:15what Trick is trying to achieve. This place coming unglued right now with Williams. Alexander going
03:21up going over trying to get back to his feet. Trick Williams though not going to play that
03:25game. Alexander trying to roll through was able to catch Williams for a moment and kick out.
03:30And then right back up right back down goes Alexander what a drop kick. That's what I'm
03:35talking about. Trick Williams. Like I said once upon a time I said with Alexander right here in
03:39NXT all these people were chanting his name and now they're talking about Trick Williams. That's
03:44got to be perfect. Oh yes. That's just how fast Alexander can answer right back and look while
03:51we say there's a newfound look in the eyes of Trick Williams same can be said for his opponent
03:56said Alexander who just drove Williams spine first into the mat. Where steel meets wood the hardest
04:04part of the ring and not to be outdone he does the second time. Can Trick get back in this matchup
04:12because Cedric is in full control. Trick Williams now starting to get a little bit of life back
04:18into this match because he has been battling to try to get back to his feet in this matchup
04:23with Cedric Alexander. And this has been physical between these two. Look Alexander is one singles
04:31goal he's one tackled into WWE. He knows what it's like to go through those ups and downs of a career.
04:37He tried to give some advice to Trick. Didn't want to hear it last week. Didn't want to hear it again tonight.
04:43That has led to this matchup but for Trick Williams who is consistently thinking about
04:49the NXT back championship. How difficult is that path back to the top? Very very difficult Vic
04:56because you find yourself getting so close to the top and being knocked back down. You don't
05:00want to be called a journeyman or that gatekeeper in this business. You never want that.
05:09Williams answering back. Big shot by Alexander. The thing about Alexander you can tell the
05:16maturity in this guy. You can see he's packed on about 10 pounds of solid muscle and he's keeping
05:22Trick real close to the body. One of the premier high flyers once upon a time.
05:29Doesn't matter how much muscle you had with a right hand like that from Williams. Still very
05:34quick though Vic. Still very very quick. That's a great point he has not lost a step in Cedric
05:39Alexander who just got planted by Williams.
05:58Turn Alexander inside out but listen to the NXT universe.
06:09Beautiful counter by Alexander. Alexander also counter right into a pretty predicament
06:13and a kick out by Williams. What a matchup this has been. What a test this has been for
06:17Trick Williams but also what an opportunity for Cedric Alexander. Like Cedric you feel
06:22it slipping away and he's trying to get a pitfall by it. Here we go. Here we go. Here we go.

06:34Williams can't even open his eyes. Take another look and this goes back to that extra muscle,
06:40that extra strength that Alexander is at. Yeah but right there you can show the resilience of
06:46one Trick Williams to kick out of that right there. All his feet but he's back up and running.

07:02He knows the path is going to be long. The journey is going to be difficult. It's not
