Solar Spikers upset two-time champion Angels in PVL Reinforced Conference
The Capital 1 Solar Spikers made a big win against the two-time PVL Reinforced Conference champion Petro Gazz Angels, 26-24, 25-20, 25-18, at the PhilSports Arena in Pasig on July 23, 2024. Coach Roger Gorayeb shared how proud he was for his squad to pull a straight-set win against a formidable team. This is Capital 1’s second franchise win, and first straight-set win in the league.
