02:51Cette année, beaucoup a changé.
02:53Je veux dire beaucoup.
02:55Il y a quelques mois, j'ai déménagé de Californie,
02:57j'ai déménagé à la Floride du Sud,
02:59et j'ai déménagé avec cette belle fille.
03:01Je suis un homme chanceux,
03:03et la vie a été...
03:05la vie a été enthousiasmante.
03:15Calme-toi.
03:47pour moi.
03:51Summer, calme-toi.
03:53Qu'est-ce que tu cries ?
03:55Un autre chien qui passe dans la rue.
03:57À ce moment-là,
03:59on va prendre les choses lentement
04:01en ce qui concerne une relation publique.
04:03Elle est prudente et timide.
04:05Je suis un peu hésitant
04:07de mettre notre relation là-bas,
04:09dans l'ouverture.
05:03de faire quelque chose,
05:05vous devez le faire,
05:07surtout quand vous habitez chez eux.
05:09Mon copain m'écrit des listes.
05:11Ne me trompez pas,
05:13j'aime pouvoir aider ma copine
05:15autour de sa maison.
05:17Ça m'aide beaucoup.
05:31Je veux faire une interview
05:33comme ça d'aujourd'hui.
05:37Je ne répondrai pas à une seule question
05:39que je pose.
05:45Je n'ai même pas demandé
05:47à mes parents
05:49s'ils me soutiennent
05:51avant le mariage.
05:53Tu vas au travail?
05:55Oui. Au revoir, Summer.
05:57Je pense qu'il y a des choses
05:59qui ont changé
06:01et que ma famille n'est pas
06:03d'accord avec.
06:05Dis au revoir à ta mère.
06:09Je ne sais pas si je peux
06:11pinpointer exactement
06:13ce qui est différent,
06:15mais j'ai passé de nombreuses dates
06:17et je suis allé dans le monde
06:19pour explorer.
06:21J'ai rencontré des gens
06:23merveilleux,
06:25mais il y a quelque chose
06:27de particulier avec cette fille.
06:31Au revoir.
06:33Au revoir.
06:35Au revoir.
06:37Bonne journée.
06:39Bonne journée.
06:41Je t'aime.
06:43Au revoir, les garçons.
06:45All right.
06:47We get a day of ourselves.
07:05When you trust someone
07:07it gets you killed
07:09When you love someone
07:11it hurts you still
07:23When you're seeing
07:25the rising of a thousand suns
07:27When you're near the end
07:29your race is run
07:31Look back on your life
07:33And you wonder
07:37Why the things that truly matter
07:39That took for granted
07:41It's been many months
07:43since I've seen Olivia.
07:45Last time me and Olivia
07:47worked together,
07:49we were talking about separating
07:51and shortly after that
07:53she left for California.
07:55I stayed here in the apartment
07:57because I can't get out of the lease.
07:59We haven't officially gotten a divorce yet,
08:01but I guess that's right around the corner.
08:03It's sort of a mutual decision.
08:05I don't want it to happen,
08:07but I don't see how
08:09we can make it work together either.
08:13It is what it is.
08:15You know the pain
08:17that a man can face
08:19You can see the sorrow
08:21in my face
08:23Troubles
08:25When me and Olivia first split,
08:27I'd say I was pretty sad and heartbroken
08:29and then it started turning into
08:31anger.
08:45In the last few months,
08:47I haven't allowed myself any spare time.
08:49On the weekends I got to my grandparents
08:51and hang out with them,
08:53work on my old cars.
08:55Outside of that I'd been working two jobs
08:57from 3.30 in the morning
08:59and then finish up between 5 and 7.
09:01Every evening after work I'd go work out in the gym.
09:03Get some frustration out.
09:07But now the lease is up
09:09on this place at the end of this month
09:11and I'm moving out.
09:13So Olivia's going to be coming to town
09:15to pack up the rest of her stuff,
09:17but she didn't really say exactly when.
09:21How are you feeling about seeing her?
09:23I don't know what the heck I feel.
09:53I'm back in Minnesota
09:55to get the rest of my things moved out
09:57and hopefully get a divorce paper signed.
09:59Last time I was here
10:03we were kind of in a rough spot.
10:05I want a family
10:07and I want to be with someone who supports
10:09me changing.
10:11I want a family too.
10:13I know, you don't want a family with me.
10:15Literally just last week you told me
10:17that you were making a list
10:19of every hill you were going to die on
10:21and if I did not answer yes
10:23to everything on your list
10:25I couldn't have your kids, I couldn't be your wife,
10:27it wasn't going to work out.
10:29Yeah, I wish that list was like three things.
10:31Still.
10:37It got to the point that Ethan wanted to go separate ways
10:39and
10:41it made sense to me.
10:43I don't think I would have been the one
10:45to say it was done just because I'm stubborn
10:47and I didn't want to walk away.
10:49But when Ethan said it was done
10:51it was like a big sigh of relief.
10:53It was like, okay I actually
10:55accept that, it is done.
10:57I can move on, I can walk away,
10:59I gave it my best.
11:01Not to say I didn't make mistakes
11:03but I know that I tried.
11:13Seeing Ethan again,
11:15I feel like really,
11:17anxious and apprehensive.
11:21I'm ready to finalize everything
11:23but at the same time it's a little overwhelming.
11:25Having a conversation
11:27with the person who you thought
11:29would love you forever
11:31and couldn't,
11:35as much as I've tried to deal with that hurt,
11:37it would definitely bring it back up.
11:39And I don't want to feel that.
11:47Do you miss her?
11:53Yeah, I miss having somebody
11:55to take care of and do things with.
11:57Do you miss her?
12:01Yeah, I do miss her.
12:03Where do you see her?
12:07Who's that?
12:17Knock, knock.
12:19Hey.
12:25How are you?
12:31I didn't know you were coming.
12:33I mean, you never let me know.
12:35Are you still angry at me?
12:37Very much so.
12:39The last several months have been
12:41really challenging for me personally
12:43through the process of this divorce.
12:45I have started running
12:47so I can clear my mind
12:49and I have a running partner.
12:51How's it going?
13:09How are you?
13:17Oh, you kept the plants alive.
13:21Yeah.
13:31I didn't know you were coming.
13:33I mean, you never let me know.
13:35Are you still angry at me?
13:37I didn't know you were coming.
13:39I mean, you never let me know.
13:41I thought I did.
13:47Yeah, I can see how that would bother you.
13:49I understand.
13:51I'm sorry.
13:53I've been traveling a lot lately
13:55and just didn't think about it.
13:57It was just the next flight to get on
13:59and I'm sorry.
14:01Okay.
14:03How's life been treating you?
14:05Pretty good.
14:09You doing okay?
14:11Staying on this side of the ground.
14:15Okay.
14:21Um...
14:23We got paperwork to deal with.
14:35Um...
14:37I don't know if this has changed for you.
14:39I know that when I left back in the spring,
14:41like, we were in
14:43a good enough place
14:45to not
14:47need, like, a lawyer
14:49to mediate between us.
14:51Do you still feel that way?
14:53Okay.
14:57Is there anything that you wanted
14:59to talk about?
15:01Like, anything on your mind
15:03you wanted to get off your chest?
15:05Nothing?
15:09I don't know.
15:11I don't know.
15:13I don't know.
15:15I don't know.
15:17I don't know.
15:19I don't know.
15:21Like any closure that you needed?
15:25There's no closure.
15:37Are you still angry at me?
15:39Very much so.
15:45Why?
15:47I don't know where to start.
15:57Why did you tell me that
15:59me not having a relationship with my siblings
16:01for a year and a half was not a sacrifice
16:03or a compromise?
16:05So, I, like, it's not like I
16:07was unable to see that that was
16:09a sacrifice on your part,
16:11but I felt like that was held over my head.
16:13I don't understand why that was your direction
16:15that you took for what should be done
16:17instead of try to fix it.
16:21Yeah.
16:23That's probably a way that I was not
16:25a good fit for you.
16:27It took me far too long to realize
16:29that between me or your family,
16:31like, you were going to pick your family.
16:33That's because you made me choose.
16:35You made me choose.
16:37You made me choose.
16:39You made me choose.
16:41That's because you made me choose.
16:43Okay, then, maybe I should have
16:45walked away a lot sooner.
16:47I know it wasn't
16:49right for a long time, and I probably could have
16:51saved you heartache if I
16:53acknowledged that sooner, and I'm sorry.
16:59That wouldn't have saved me any heartache.
17:11So you're happy now, with your family?
17:31Okay, I'm going to take a break.
17:35I'll be back.
17:37Later.
17:39What?
17:41With paperwork?
17:43It's not like I can go print out paperwork right now,
17:45but we need to figure this out.
17:47So I'll be back later to figure it out.
18:09The last couple of months have really been
18:11a time of transition for me and the girls.
18:13I'm actually living in Florida right now,
18:15which, it feels like I've come full circle
18:17because this is where I grew up.
18:21Barry and I are still not divorced yet,
18:23and I get frustrated that
18:25the divorce is taking so long.
18:27Financially, it's a little tight right now,
18:29and it's, you know, emotionally
18:31and physically.
18:33I mean, it's been a while since I've been
18:35in a relationship.
18:37And it's, you know, emotionally exhausting.
18:39But once the divorce happens,
18:41I'll be in a little bit better place financially.
18:43In the meantime,
18:45we're co-parenting,
18:47and it's working okay.
18:55Mom?
18:57Yeah?
18:59Can I ride a rick stick now?
19:01Okay. Be back before the sun sets.
19:03I know.
19:05Ken asked me to move in with him,
19:07and I thought about it
19:09pretty hard.
19:11But ultimately, I decided
19:13at this stage in my life, it's more important
19:15for me to have a home that's not dependent
19:17on anyone else.
19:19Right now, I need a little bit of time
19:21and space by myself.
19:23I need to just focus on me
19:25and the girls.
19:27So I bought
19:29a houseboat.
19:35We're seeing an issue to move.
19:37I was at first kind of worried, like,
19:39living on a bed. Wait, how's that going to work?
19:41I got to get out.
19:43Can we shut the door so the bugs don't get in?
19:47Last year, there was one particular
19:49part of my life that I definitely
19:51kept private.
19:53I went through hell recently,
19:55and I have a lot of things
19:57that I'm trying to get out of.
19:59I don't know what to do.
20:01I don't know what to do.
20:04But I'm trying to sort through my head.
20:21I grew up on a sailboat,
20:23and I loved it.
20:25So I bought a boat.
20:29Technically, it's a 33-foot
20:31spacecraft.
20:35It's got just enough living space
20:37to be manageable.
20:39The bed's in the main
20:41cabin area we use as
20:43couches during the day.
20:45And then there's a bed at the bow of the boat
20:47where it kind of comes to a V.
20:49One or two people can sleep there.
20:51The bathroom is very
20:53small, but it gives us
20:55somewhat of, you know,
20:57indoor plumbing.
20:59We really just use it
21:01to store our makeup
21:03and shower supplies and things like that.
21:05We can use it, but the bathrooms
21:07at the marina are so nice
21:09and big, most of the time,
21:11we just grab our bags and
21:13walk over there, especially for showering.
21:21Wow.
21:23Can you move your purse and phone?
21:25I was at first kind of worried,
21:27like, living on a boat, wait,
21:29how's that going to work?
21:33When Mom told me
21:35she was buying a boat,
21:37I was kind of surprised.
21:39It's really different.
21:51It is kind of tight on the inside,
21:53but to be honest,
21:55we're not inside a whole lot.
21:57I need you to move.
21:59I'm going to get through.
22:03I've realized
22:05the girls have been living
22:07in a very large house,
22:09and here I am presenting them with this
22:11tiny little boat to live on.
22:13But it's sort of a less expensive way
22:15of having waterfront property.
22:17I want them to see the boat as gaining
22:19a bike trail and a river
22:21and all of this natural beauty
22:23around them.
22:25The girls are going through
22:27their teenage years,
22:29and there's enough changes there anyway.
22:31So I really worked hard to make it
22:33as livable for them as possible.
22:37I've never grilled before.
22:39This is going to be interesting.
22:41You better not ruin
22:43the food.
22:45Well, steak can't be too hard
22:47to grill, right?
22:49It takes a little bit of getting used to,
22:51you know, cooking on the boat,
22:53because it's hard to make all of the food
22:55in the kitchen. We can,
22:57but it's easier if there's a main course
22:59on the grill.
23:01All right, do some more.
23:05I still want to have a sleepover on the boat
23:07with everyone in the family.
23:09Ethan, Micah, Mariah, Lydia,
23:11Isaac.
23:13It would be like a really small farm
23:15on the water.
23:17My first time ever grilling anything.
23:19Dad makes it look so easy.
23:21Mom, I've kind of learned
23:23that she likes to have fun.
23:25She likes to live life in the moment,
23:27and I think spending time with Mom,
23:29apart from Dad, I think that's helped our relationship,
23:31and also I've grown up, and I understand
23:33where Mom's coming from, and nobody's perfect.
23:35Like, we all get through things.
23:37Ooh!
23:39You think it's done?
23:41Oh, yeah.
23:43I don't know how to tell how they're done.
23:45I think they're all done.
23:47I love being able to
23:49be on the boat and be on water
23:51just like Mom was when she was a kid.
23:53Sometimes if it's
23:55kind of small, it gets kind of cramped,
23:57but it kind of feels like an adventure
23:59living on the boat. Like, it's really fun.
24:01Mommy, tell me if you think they're done.
24:03I can't tell what I did.
24:05Oh, those look great. I think it's fine.
24:07I actually grilled steaks.
24:09Yeah, I'm proud of you.
24:11Where are the green beans?
24:13You're a great girl.
24:15It sounds like something Dad would say.
24:17I know. I just reminded myself of Dad.
24:19Okay. Initially, I felt like it was hard
24:21for the girls to adjust
24:23to the divorce,
24:25but now that we're a couple years into it,
24:27they have seen,
24:29okay, life goes on. It's okay.
24:31I still have two really good parents,
24:33and, of course,
24:35things are different, but they're good.
24:37Is it good?
24:39Do you like it, Marcy?
24:41How do you feel about your first time?
24:43For me, my life isn't really simple right now.
24:45Ever since Barry and I separated,
24:47I've been trying to figure out
24:49where I'm going to go and what I'm going to do,
24:51and it's hard not knowing
24:53a lot of things.
24:55If a steak isn't tender, is that the griller's fault
24:57or the cow's fault?
24:59That's a good question.
25:01Land it on the cow.
25:03But I do know
25:05I don't miss having that big house.
25:07The big house was beautiful
25:09and absolutely huge,
25:11the biggest house I've ever lived in.
25:13But I would rather be on a small boat
25:15with my girls than in a big house
25:17with fill-in-the-blank.
25:35The last several months have been really challenging
25:37for me personally through the process of this divorce.
25:39Just having to
25:41mentally prepare yourself for the long haul
25:43and not get frustrated.
25:45But in the meantime,
25:47I have started running so I can get out there
25:49and just get in touch with
25:51the great outdoors.
25:53I can clear my mind
25:55and I have a running partner.
26:03How's it going?
26:07You up for a good jog today?
26:09I usually don't talk while I run.
26:11I know, I know.
26:13Mariah has moved from Tampa to Cairo
26:15and she's home with me.
26:17And you know, as a father,
26:19I'm just here welcoming her with open arms.
26:21You're speedy.
26:23Holy Toledo.
26:25I can't run that fast.
26:27Oh, it's perfect.
26:29Bye!
26:31I've been home for
26:33a little less than a week.
26:35I loved Tampa but
26:37I really wanted to
26:39save as much money as I could.
26:41I really want
26:43to not rush into the next phase of life
26:45or make any big decision
26:47when I'm not 100% sure what I want to do
26:49because I don't want to be stuck in a lease
26:51and somewhere
26:53that I know isn't my place.
26:55Oh, it says to go slow.
26:57Slow. Children at play.
26:59I remember this place.
27:01This was like your playhouse, right?
27:03Micah and I renting together was very fun.
27:05Not for Micah, for me.
27:07Yeah, yeah.
27:09I was 17 when I moved out.
27:11I was a very stubborn teenager.
27:13I wanted to do my thing
27:15and I wanted to do it my way.
27:17My parents had rules and they were like,
27:19well, you can follow these rules
27:21or you can go live in a place
27:23where you make your own rules.
27:25And I chose to go live in a place
27:27where I made my own rules.
27:29But I left home so quickly.
27:31I never even said bye to my family or anything
27:33and now just having the doors open,
27:35I feel like in a way I'm closing out a chapter
27:37that I never closed out.
27:39And you were in Tampa.
27:41Did you run with Blackjack at all?
27:43No, no. I walked with Blackjack.
27:45But I would go for runs longer with Blackjack.
27:47Yeah.
27:49Dad gave me the master bedroom
27:51with the biggest closet
27:53and that's bigger than my apartment.
27:55But me and Blackjack stay in there
27:57so I guess that's nice.
27:59The room she's in
28:01was Kim and my room.
28:03It was just vacant and unused.
28:05Prior to that, it was needing her.
28:07Mariah's putting it to good use.
28:11Half the time the girls are here,
28:13half the time they're with Mom,
28:15so half the time it's just Dad, Isaac, and I.
28:17Isaac's gone quite often.
28:19Flying a lot and working.
28:21Lydia has been traveling
28:23all year, all over the place.
28:25And of course,
28:27there's Blackjack.
28:29Oh no!
28:31No, he sees the cat!
28:33You are a big dog!
28:35Blackjack is like
28:37me on steroids.
28:45So you were in Tampa
28:47and how quickly things change.
28:49Well, you know, Tampa was a big city
28:51with big city costs.
28:53You got the full effect of that, right?
28:55There's a reason why I like
28:57living in a small town.
28:59The cost of living is lower.
29:01Yeah, I don't blame you at all.
29:03But there's also another reason
29:05I left Tampa.
29:07I went through hell recently.
29:09And I have a lot of things
29:13that I'm trying to sort through in my head.
29:19I've never had a super serious relationship
29:21and this is kind of my first one.
29:23It's the first one that I dove into.
29:25I'm able to cross-country and settle down with.
29:27I'm a little bit surprised that he's gotten
29:29so serious so quickly, but
29:31I mean, he seems happy.
29:33You hesitated for a second, why?
29:37I guess just one interaction I saw.
29:47Well, it's definitely good to be back.
29:49I thought I had my whole life
29:51planned out about a year ago and
29:53you know,
29:55sometimes things don't always work out.
29:57Yeah.
29:59Last year,
30:01there was one particular part of my life
30:03that I definitely kept private
30:05and that was just
30:07a
30:15relationship that
30:17one day I just found out
30:19the things that he had kept from me.
30:21That's when everything started unraveling.
30:25And I made a last-minute
30:27decision to come home.
30:33I still wonder about the man
30:35that I thought I knew,
30:37but at the same time, like,
30:39the most important thing for this is not
30:41sharing
30:43what happened or my sad story,
30:45but just
30:47what I learned,
30:49which is you've got to push forward.
30:51You have to.
30:53You have no option.
30:55It's easy to fall into a poor me
30:57mentality, but it's not poor me.
30:59It's learn and do better.
31:03Stay here as long as you need to
31:05to get your feet under you.
31:07For the next chapter.
31:09Does that sound OK?
31:11I know this is where I'm supposed to be right now.
31:13A little bit of
31:15healing.
31:17The door's open, the light's on.
31:19Stay as long as you want.
31:21All right.
31:39My lifestyle is very different here in
31:41Florida versus California. I'm not single anymore.
31:43You know,
31:45everything I do is centered around
31:47my girlfriend, which is
31:49honestly great. It's nice feeling cared for
31:51and thought about all the time.
31:53But I've sure
31:55missed a lot of my friends from California
31:57that I made.
31:59I haven't seen any of them since I moved.
32:01So I talked with my buddy Will, who's like my best friend
32:03in California. I convinced him to come down and see me
32:05and hang out and see my new life.
32:13Do I know you?
32:17Man, it's been so long.
32:19How are you?
32:21Will and I got really close when
32:23we were both living in L.A.
32:25Every weekend we were
32:27hanging out. We just
32:29clicked and it's
32:31hard to unclick.
32:33Man, it's good to see you.
32:35Hell yeah, man. How you been?
32:37I've been busy as heck, honestly.
32:39This one's great.
32:41You wanna drive around? I'll show you around.
32:43Hell yeah, show me what's up.
32:45Let's go. About to be the good old days.
32:51Oh, I didn't have my grills the last time you saw me.
32:53Oh, shoot. I saw them on FaceTime.
32:55But I haven't seen them in person.
32:57Try and pull them out.
32:59I'm not gonna touch your teeth.
33:01The dentist had to grind down my teeth.
33:03Pull them out.
33:05Oh, crap.
33:07No, I'm just kidding.
33:09I don't really have a brother
33:11that's like Will.
33:13Will's unique and he'll do things
33:15that my brothers are either too young
33:17or wouldn't do.
33:19It's fun to be around.
33:21As you can kind of see, the crowd is a little older.
33:23Yeah, looks like it.
33:25It's a fun little life I'm living down here.
33:27Yeah, what are you doing for work?
33:29Not fun stuff.
33:31I'm building
33:33fences right now.
33:35Okay.
33:37The Mike I knew in L.A. was
33:39we were young and we were
33:41sowing our roots and having fun
33:43a lot of the time and not doing
33:45so much work.
33:47I know you were also traveling around doing modeling gigs.
33:49Has that kind of fallen by the wayside?
33:51Temporarily, probably.
33:53And I don't necessarily want to travel
33:55as much because my girlfriend's here.
33:57I used to travel all the time.
33:59You know that. I used to
34:01be a free spirit and just be able to go wherever I wanted.
34:03It was tough to lock you down. I had to schedule you out to hang out.
34:05Now I have ties
34:07and I
34:09owe the ties that bind.
34:11Mike is a little younger than I am
34:13so I'm a little bit surprised that he's gotten
34:15so serious so quickly but
34:17I think it's good for Mike. I think he thrives
34:19in a family setting and a monogamous
34:21relationship style relationship
34:23so I think it's good for him.
34:25I mean, he seems happy.
34:27You hesitated for a second. Why?
34:31I guess just one interaction I saw.
34:35I've spoken to Mike's girlfriend on the phone
34:37four or five times maybe over the course
34:39of the last year, year and a half.
34:41She seems really nice, really pretty
34:43but the first time I saw her was
34:45maybe not one of their best moments. They were having a little bit of a
34:47tiff where they were going
34:49at it a little bit.
34:51Welcome to my home.
34:53But, you know, I haven't really gotten
34:55to know her yet so I'm curious to see
34:57if that's just a little one-off moment or
34:59if that's kind of the tone of the relationship.
35:05Welcome. Thank you, brother.
35:07Beautiful place, man.
35:09You want a tour? Yeah, take me around.
35:11So this is our
35:13bedroom, bathroom and our closet.
35:15Wow, look at those purses. It's a lot of designer
35:17purses.
35:19The house does not scream
35:21like it to me. It seems to have a little bit more of a feminine
35:23touch.
35:29I've never had like
35:31a super serious relationship and this
35:33is kind of my first one. At least the first one
35:35that I dove into, maybe cross-country
35:37and settled down with.
35:39Something different but I feel like
35:41I was ready for it because, you know, after a while
35:43of like, say you go on first dates
35:45over and over again
35:47it just gets old.
35:49Yeah, like what makes her different than past girls?
35:51Like why did you decide to move across the country to move in with her?
35:53It's a pretty big decision.
35:55Yeah, no, I've tried to pinpoint it. There's just something
35:57about her. She got a hold
35:59on me. Sounds like love.
36:01I love her. I love the feeling.
36:03She's, I don't know, young love. There's something
36:05about it. My girlfriend
36:07is such a hard worker. She's
36:09such a strong little person so it's
36:11because it's good and
36:13there's a downside to that sometimes.
36:15But my personal opinion is that
36:17you're never going to meet the perfect
36:19person for you.
36:21You just never have any conflict with.
36:23You never, I just don't think
36:25that exists. I feel like you're not going to find
36:27a soulmate, you kind of create one.
36:29You find someone who is compatible with you
36:31and then you work through your ups and
36:33downs.
36:35It's interesting. We're definitely learning
36:37a lot about each other. I didn't realize
36:39apparently I'm such an
36:41uncleanly person. I was going to say, what's the
36:43grossest thing that's happened so far?
36:45Apparently I don't put my clothes away often enough.
36:47I leave beard hair
36:49in the sink apparently and
36:51it's a big deal. She catches it
36:53every time. The sink is never clean.
36:55Women, women, women. You can't live
36:57with them, you can't live without them.
36:59Right, man.
37:01Which reminds me, I've got to finish
37:03up some chores. Want to dig a trench?
37:05You're going to put me to work? Let's do it.
37:11Hey, Ethan.
37:13Me and Olivia, we're going to try to
37:15meet again today. I feel like
37:17she doesn't care.
37:19She's just moved on so fast.
37:21It's just very hard for me to wrap my mind around.
37:23I still love you very,
37:25very much. I don't know what to do with all my emotions.
37:51Hey, Ethan.
37:55Hey.
38:01Me and Olivia
38:03met the other day and
38:05it wasn't the best meeting. There was a lot of
38:09feelings that came up.
38:11The most intense
38:13feelings are often
38:15anger, but
38:17after that goes away, it's just kind of sadness.
38:19But today,
38:21we're going to try to
38:23meet again and
38:25try to talk, I guess.
38:27Is it okay if we maybe sit and talk in here?
38:29Okay.
38:45When we talk, I'm
38:47hoping to get some
38:49questions answered.
38:51There's something inside of me that I feel like
38:53needs to be resolved. I feel like
38:55she doesn't care.
38:57She's just moved on so fast.
38:59It's just very hard for me to wrap my mind around.
39:11I'm sorry for being
39:13angry
39:15yesterday.
39:17I know it's hard
39:19Well, I still
39:21love you very, very much. I don't know what to do
39:23with all my emotions.
39:25Maybe for sake of productive
39:27conversation today,
39:29we leave your family out of it.
39:31I think we both feel pretty
39:33strongly about that and we're not
39:35going to see eye to eye, so maybe we just
39:37talk about us instead of
39:39them.
39:41Okay.
39:43I know, like, from
39:47where I'm standing, there's some practical steps
39:49that we have to take and I need your
39:51collaboration on that.
39:59I don't know what all the steps are for paperwork
40:01because I've
40:03it's a learning process
40:05for me, but I do know that
40:07it will need your signature
40:09and it will need your
40:11I do know that it will need your signature.
40:15I know that there's some assets
40:17we haven't settled yet that we're
40:19going to need to settle.
40:33Are you ready to move forward with that?
40:35I can't accept this.
40:41There was a part of me that hoped that
40:43after being apart for so long that
40:45she would change her mind
40:47because I had a feeling I would
40:51just after seeing her again.
40:55Before you saw Olivia,
40:57had you
40:59any thoughts of changing
41:01your mind or
41:03did that kind of happen
41:05the minute you saw her?
41:07No, that kind of happened the minute I saw her.
41:13Can't we just make it work?
41:23Ready?
41:25One, two, three!
41:29This season on Welcome to Paradise
41:31This season on Welcome to Platteville
41:33Anybody here?
41:35I rented a house
41:37in Tampa for a week.
41:39My whole family will be sleeping
41:41in the same house.
41:43Dad can have that room, you can stay with me.
41:45It's been a while since
41:47Barry and I slept under the same roof.
41:49People message me
41:51on social media wanting me to set them up
41:53with you. I've never experienced
41:55the DM, I don't know when I will.
41:57Google, how do I get Riz?
41:59What is that?
42:01That's sick! Sick is still in, right?
42:03We do have somewhat
42:05of a little blended family thing going on
42:07here. Lydia's here.
42:09Ken's here, he's our backup lead singer in case
42:11nobody shows.
42:13I have never
42:15disliked Ken
42:17but I'm also not like
42:19yay, excited!
42:21How are you and your girlfriend
42:23doing these days?
42:25I think she's opened up to the idea of joining me.
42:27I know I can hear you.
42:29I know you can.
42:31A year ago you were
42:33spending time with me
42:35in Minnesota.
42:37So much has changed since then.
42:39There was this guy
42:41that I met working.
42:43There might be potential.
42:45It does show me that you're meant
42:47to be married once, only once.
42:49Yeah. You and him will
42:51reunite.
42:53It's the complete reverse of
42:55not whatever happened.
42:57I went through the hardest heartbreak.
42:59I wish I had met him.
43:01I wish I had known.
43:03He had me
43:05believing that he was a great guy.
43:07I just got this base.
43:09Why don't we
43:11do a concert all together
43:13as a family?
43:15I guess you forgot
43:17I am a monster.
43:21She's not singing clearly.
43:23I do feel like it's rash.
43:25Dad, do you know what's going on with Mariah?
43:27I know it's her life
43:29but I'm not okay with that.
43:31I loved him as a spouse
43:33at one point, so all that just isn't
43:35gone immediately.
43:37I'm just trying to let her go.
43:47I've learned to never say never
43:49with Ethan because ironically
43:51when you say never
43:53it happens.
43:57Hey Ethan.
