3ನೇ ಎನ್‌ಡಿಎ ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ಮೊದಲ ಬಜೆಟ್‌ ಮಂಡಿಸಿದ ವಿತ್ತ ಸಚಿವೆ ನಿರ್ಮಲಾ ಸೀತಾರಾಮನ್ (Nirmala Sitharaman) ಅವರು ಬಡವರಿಗೆ ವಿವಿಧ ಯೋಜನೆಗಳನ್ನು ಘೋಷಿಸಿದರು. ಈ ಪೈಕಿ ಪ್ರಧಾನ ಮಂತ್ರಿ ಆವಾಸ್‌ ಯೋಜನೆ (Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana) ಅಡಿ ಹೆಚ್ಚುವರಿ ಮನೆಗಳನ್ನು ನಿರ್ಮಿಸಲಾಗುವುದು ಎಂದು ತಿಳಿಸಿದರು. Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman, who presented the first budget of the 3rd NDA government, announced various schemes for the poor. Out of this, additional houses will be constructed under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana.
