తెలంగాణ అసెంబ్లీ బీఎసీ సమావేశం తర్వాత మాజీ మంత్రి హరీష్ రావు కాంగ్రెస్ ప్రభుత్వం పైన మండి పడ్డారు. సభలో తొమ్మిది అంశాలపైన చర్చ జరపాలని ప్రతిపాదిస్తే ఒక్క అంశంపట్ల కూడా కాంగ్రెస్ ప్రభుత్వం స్పందించలేదని హరీష్ రావు ఆగ్రహం వ్యక్తం చేసారు.
