00:00We have added more locations that are at signal number one due to the Karina typhoon.

00:10These include Batanes, Babuyan Islands, northern and eastern portions of mainland Cagayan,

00:16eastern portion of Isabela, northern portion of Apayau, Ilocos Norte and Aurora,

00:22Pulillo Islands, Calaguas Islands, and northern portion of Catanduanes.

00:27The latest forecast is that the center of the typhoon will be 375 kilometers east of Apari, Cagayan.

00:33The wind will be strong at 130 kilometers per hour

00:37and will reach Bugsong at 160 kilometers per hour.

00:41Do not forget to bring an umbrella because it is expected that it will rain all day tomorrow.

00:47The Karina typhoon will be stronger than usual.

00:51Also be careful in the event of floods and landslides.

00:57U.S. President Joe Biden has already withdrawn as a presidential candidate.

01:02Biden announced it in a public letter,

01:05believing that it is good for his party and for America.

01:10He said that he will just focus on his term as U.S. President in the remaining part of it.

01:17Biden's withdrawal follows his not-so-good performance in their debate with former U.S. President Donald Trump.

01:26U.S. Vice President Kamala Harris endorsed her replacement.

01:30Harris said that Biden endorsed her.
