00:00I wish the people of this country a very, very happy first Monday of the month of Sawan.
00:18Today, the month of Sawan is also beginning.
00:28The country is watching very carefully that this month of Sawan should be positive,
00:45should be positive and should be a strong foundation for fulfilling the dreams of the people of this country.
01:01Friends, I see this as an important step in the proud journey of India's democracy.
01:19Personally, this is a matter of great pride for me as well as for all our colleagues.
01:33This is a matter of great pride for me as well as for all our colleagues.
01:43This is a matter of great pride for me as well as for all our colleagues.
02:13This is a matter of great pride for me as well as for all our colleagues.
02:23We are moving forward with the aim of implementing these guarantees in a systematic manner.
02:36This budget is an important budget for the Amrit Kaal.
02:46The budget that we have received for the past five years will determine the direction of our five-year plan.
03:00And this budget, in 2047, when there are 100 years of freedom,
03:10then we will come to the country with a strong budget to fulfil the dreams of a developed India.
03:28This is a matter of great pride for every Indian.
03:35India is one of the countries with the highest economic growth.
03:46In the past three years, we have seen 8% growth.
04:03Today, India's positive outlook, investment and performance are at the peak of opportunity.
04:23This is an important step in India's development journey.
04:35Friends, I would like to urge all the MPs of the country that from last January,
04:55we fought as much as we could, and told the people what we had to tell them.
05:13Some tried to show us the way, some tried to misguide us.
05:22But now that time is over.
05:26The people have given their decision.
05:30Now it is the duty of all the elected MPs and all the political parties
05:44to fight for the country for the next five years.
06:08I would also like to urge all the political parties that for the next four to four-and-a-half years,
06:20we will rise above the political parties and dedicate ourselves solely to the country,
06:26and use the honourable platform of the Parliament.
06:33January 29 will be the year of elections.
06:40After that, you can go to the ground.
06:43If you want to use the Parliament, do it.
06:47If you want to play for six months, do it.
06:51But until then, only the country, the poor, the farmers, the youth, the women of the country,
07:07to empower them, to create a people's movement for democracy,
07:17to fulfil the dreams of 2047, we will use all our strength.
07:26I am very saddened to say that after 2014, some MPs came for five years,
07:38some MPs got a chance for ten years,
07:42but there were many MPs who did not get a chance to talk about their area.
07:50They did not get a chance to strengthen the Parliament with their thoughts,
07:57because the negative politics of some parties have misused the important time of the Parliament
08:09in order to cover up their political differences.
08:19I urge all the parties that at least those who have come to the Parliament for the first time,
08:30there are many such MPs, and all of them are in the party,
08:36give them a chance, give them a chance to express their thoughts.
08:43Give as many people as possible a chance to come forward.
08:49And you must have seen that after the new Parliament was formed,
09:04which was the first stage,
09:08140 crore Indians, along with the majority,
09:13the government which the Indians have ordered to serve,
09:19their voice was crushed, and there was a democratic effort,
09:27for two and a half hours, to strangle the Prime Minister of the country,
09:34to stop his voice, to suppress his voice.
09:40There can be no place in the democratic traditions.
09:44And there is no regret for this.
09:48There is no pain in the heart.
09:52Today I want to say with respect that the citizens have sent us here for the country,
10:01not for the party.
10:04This Parliament is not for the party.
10:08This Parliament is for the country.
10:11This Parliament is not up to this limit.
10:15This Parliament is not up to this limit.
10:18This Parliament is up to a limit of 140 crore Indians.
10:23I am confident that all of our respected MPs,
10:31will present the discussions with full preparation.
10:37No matter how many negative thoughts there are,
10:41negative thoughts are not bad.
10:44Negative thoughts are bad,
10:48where the limits of thinking are exhausted.
10:52The country does not need negativity.
10:55The country needs a stream of thought,
11:04a stream of thought of progress, a stream of thought of development,
11:08a stream of thought that will take the country to new heights.
11:13I fully hope that we will use this temple of democracy,
11:21to fulfil the hopes and desires of the common man of India.
11:30Thank you very much.
11:42Thank you very much.
