00:00Hello everyone, today I'm going to try these freeze yummies.
00:07Freeze yummies, freeze dried candy, rainbow sour strips, rainbow sour strips.
00:14Now I remember, like these are actually freeze dried, so apparently they take the water out
00:20of the candy to make it more flavorful.
00:23Just like they do with, I guess, the Jack Links, the Great Canadian Meats, stuff like
00:29that, they take the moisture out of the meat to make it more tender tasting and more flavorful.
00:36And they do this with candy.
00:38And now I've tried one and I've reviewed one before, but I didn't fully understand this
00:43exactly the way they did it, the same way as they did the meats.
00:47I knew, but I was kind of stupid and didn't really mention that part too much.
00:51But these are rainbow sour strips, and the woman that I bought this from at Showcase,
00:58she said that this is her favorite one.
01:01She's tried varieties of them, and she said this is her favorite one.
01:05And just, I figured, okay, it's her favorite one, I'm going to have to try it.
01:08Normally they're quite expensive, but I got this one for five bucks.
01:12They have a massive sale right now.
01:14Once it's gone, it's gone, I guess.
01:17And then, as you can see, there's a lot of sugar at the bottom there.
01:21And then back here it says, freeze dried candies, light, crunchy and yummy, melts in your mouth
01:26with a soft, chewy marshmallow center.
01:29Everyone will love these candies.
01:31And 70% calories, and a lot of zeroes here, but sodium is 1%.
01:39Sugar is 34%, 0, 0, 0, 0 for pretty much everything else.
01:44I could be missing something.
01:45Look at this.
01:46It's so small back there, I can't even see it, but let's see what's in it.
01:51Syrup, sugar, wheat flour, vegetable oil, concentrated apple juice, concentrated grape
01:58juice, melcined acid, and some other fatty acids, and salt.
02:05And FD and Sea Blue number one.
02:08Number one.
02:09I don't know what that is.
02:10I didn't, I have no clue, but again, though, this was packaged, oh, this says it's made
02:17in China, so this is made in China.
02:21At least I get to see what's in there.
02:23And they don't look colorful to me.
02:24They don't look colorful, like really bright or anything, but let's give this a taste and
02:29see how they taste at least.
02:32Oh, as I took that off, and I haven't even unzipped it yet, I can smell, I can smell
02:38the sweetness.
02:39Ah, jeez, I'm having a, ah, there we go.
02:50Hmm.
02:51Well, I wouldn't know what rainbows smell like, to be quite honest with you, but rainbows
02:58of the color, I'm not even sure if those are the true colors of the rainbow.
03:03I haven't seen a real rainbow in a long time, and you'd think I would have because there's
03:07been so much rain lately.
03:09It smells nice.
03:10Let's see.
03:11But when I think of these, oh, it's really dry.

03:20Oh, jeez.
03:21It's so dry.
03:22Like, I remember these things, and I remember them not being, well, these are freeze yummies,
03:28but the other ones, like gummy bears, remember gummy bears, or sweet, like, you know, like
03:34really sugary worms and stuff like that, like really sugary stuff.
03:40But I've never had them freeze dried, so now I'm going to give it a shot.

04:23I wouldn't buy them again, because they're very crunchy.
04:31I think they would make a really good lollipop.
04:34I think if they actually put it in a bag like this, and freeze dried lollipops, and put
04:40lollipops in here, they would actually be quite good.
04:46Yeah, I wouldn't buy them again.
04:47I would literally give them a five out of ten.
04:49I wouldn't say they're anything special.
04:51I like these ones.
04:53I did try another one.
04:54I kind of forgot about it.
04:56You can check that review out, too, and I bought it because it was Gummies French Fries,
05:02and that day was very foggy out, too, so I kind of left the footage the way it was.
05:07Sometimes I change the footage a little bit.
05:09Sometimes I just like it to be natural.
05:11Like, I'm just talking to you like I am now.
05:14But this is not, like, this is like, you might as well say this is crunchy bacon.
05:21Yeah.
05:22I don't really like it.

05:38I'm only eating it again because it's a little bit different.
05:41It's crunchy.
05:42If it was a bit softer, and I can taste it a little bit better because it's not, like,
05:48super sweet that I like, if it wasn't that crunchy thing, I would probably like these
05:53quite a bit.
05:56Yeah, five out of ten.
05:57Nothing special.
06:00I don't know what more to say about them.
06:05I'm probably going to keep them, see if some other people would like them.
06:08Some people might like them a little bit more.
06:10They like a crunch.
06:11I know some people that really like a bag of chips, and they let it sit for a long time,
06:16and they like that real crunch that I don't, where the chips dry out.
06:20Maybe they should do something like that with actual potato chips, dry them out and put
06:24them in here.
06:25Can you imagine the little potatoes?
