Exotic Zoo Unveil Their Brand New Woodland Walk In Time For Summer Holidays!

00:00We're super excited for the start of the summer holidays to be opening a brand new zone at the

00:04zoo and it's a British Wildlife Conservation Woodland Walk which is something that we've

00:09been really passionate about because zoos tend to be excited about conservation of animals

00:13in like faraway places, rainforests, but what we were worried about here is that you know we're

00:19one of the most wildlife depleted countries in the world so we wanted to educate people

00:22about what's going on right here in our own country and not just with animals but with

00:27you know trees and woodlands and stuff that's also really really suffering and really needs

00:31our attention as well. And for myself I mean obviously I'm just really pleased to be part

00:37of the opening of yet another venture of the exotic zoo right in the heart of Telford Town

00:43Centre. The town park itself it's a brilliant setting for the exotic zoo but obviously the

00:48woodland that they've got here they've really created a fantastic space for people to come

00:52and explore our native species, trees, bugs and mammals and I just think you know the attractions

01:01that are building up at the exotic zoo in the town park really really put Telford on the map so

01:06I'm super excited to see how much the kids are going to really enjoy coming around this woodland

01:10experience. So we've been working very very hard to a deadline because we needed to get this open

01:16for the summer holidays so everybody that's hopefully going to come and visit us in hopefully

01:19the beautiful weather over some holidays they're all going to be able to experience this new zone at the zoo.
