00:00The D.A. will increase the number of Kadiwa sites that sell Php 29 per kilo of rice in other provinces of the country.

00:18When the well-milled rice was first sold for Php 29 per kilo in Kadiwa stores on July 5,

00:24it can only be bought from 10 Kadiwa sites in Metro Manila and Bulacan.

00:28But now, it can be bought from more Kadiwa stores according to the Department of Agriculture.

00:33We've been planning for a long time to increase our Php 29 program.

00:37Today, we started in Bacoor and San Pedro City, in Laguna and Cavite.

00:44In August, we will start in Visayas and Pindanao.

00:48And based on the plan, by November, it will be even wider.

00:54The target of the program is to reach 6.9 million households or 34 million Filipinos.
