Multiple coaches of the 15904 Chandigarh-Dibrugarh Express derailed in Uttar Pradesh's Gonda on Thursday, July 18. At least 3 passengers lost their lives in the accident. While the Ministry of Railways ordered a high-level inquiry, Congress leader Rahul Gandhi said the continuous train accidents are the result of government's "mismanagement and negligence".
