00:20here in Lucky South 99 in Porac, Pampanga, the illegal construction of five large water pumping stations.

00:27PAOC members are wondering why no one came to the water bill in the area.

00:32The area is not connected to the local water district and the compound has its own water supply.

00:39Five large pumping stations and reservoirs were discovered in different parts of the 10-hectare compound.

00:46Chinese design and technology was used for pumping water that supplies up to 5,000 people to the compound every day.

00:57Before the rain this June, the DNR issued an interim cease and desist order

01:02because the wastewater sample passed the allowable DNR standards of coliform levels.

01:10Lucky South 99 was also affected by the flood, such as the loss of the Environmental Compliance Certificate,
