00:00Things change a lot don't they? Started out with turntables here when I started here they were
00:04selling turntables and it went to CDs and then to surround sound and then to
00:12streaming and now it's back to turntables. Can we compete with online? Sure we could have
00:17competed with online but we really had a different business model. This business was never done for
00:22the sake of making money it was always done because the owners just loved hi-fi and that
00:28was their thing and it was always to service the customers and it was not ever really done
00:34to make money. Kids are not buying hi-fi and old people, older people should I say, are not
00:41keeping hi-fi so there is definitely a reduction in the amount of sales but there's still people
00:48out there that do want to play records and listen to good music so it's still a viable
00:53business for a while longer. How long? I don't know.
