00:00Well Ross, first off, Brad Hill 250, can you just talk about what he means to the club?
00:05Yeah, it's really exciting for Brad. I think it's an opportunity to just look back at his career for a brief moment, where it's still going.
00:14250 games, obviously three-time premiership player at Hawthorne.
00:17He's just been a running machine. He brings great vibrancy to the place. His leadership's really grown.
00:26So, yeah, we'd like to honour how this thing we hold him in with a really strong performance.
00:33I think that would be the aim. So, yeah, it's great for his family. It's a significant milestone.
00:39But once the balls bounce, it's all about the team. So, yeah, we'll celebrate it.
00:44New three-year deal for him as well. Pretty big show of faith, I guess, from the club.
00:48Well, I think if you look around the industry, I mean, he says to me I can play the next day.
00:54He goes, I'll never pull up sore. He goes, I'm ready to go the next day.
00:58So he works really hard, but he sort of, he loves to run.
01:02And more and more, you know, his players understand the opportunities.
01:07They look after themselves and prepare so well. The sports science is so good.
01:11And, you know, world sports, people playing well into their late 30s because it's the incentives there now.
01:17So, yeah, I would have thought his performance dictates it.
01:21We have plenty of analysis on the metrics of performance. There's certainly no drop-off in brand.
