00:00You mentioned before, off-air, some additional legislation in Missouri potentially breaking
00:09as well.
00:10Is that correct?
00:11Well, so there's a ballot petition that has been turned in in May, and we're in the process
00:16of waiting for those signatures to be validated.
00:20They're at the local election offices being kind of sorted out.
00:24There's 340,000 signatures that were turned in, and it only needs about 170,000 valid
00:32signatures.
00:33So they felt confident enough in those numbers that when they turned it in, they turned it
00:36in early.
00:37And so now we're waiting on those.
00:40And before that is approved, and July 30th is when the deadline is to go on the November
00:485th ballot, we got a update from the committee.
00:51They've kind of halted their fundraising.
00:53I think probably to wait to see if it's on the ballot or not.
00:58But up to this point, they've raised $6.5 million from FanDuel and DraftKings.
01:03That was largely used for the signature collection.
01:08I assume once we get to the part where it's confirmed for the November ballot, we're going
01:13to see more funds coming in from DraftKings and FanDuel, maybe some additional operators
01:18to get kind of the word out to vote for it.
01:22Polls are kind of split right now.
01:24It looks like every time we see a new poll from Missouri, it's pretty even, which isn't
01:29totally a surprise.
01:31But it's been a long process in Missouri.
01:33We've had multiple legislative efforts fall short because of a roadblock in the Senate.
01:39And that didn't change this year.
01:40The House, which had previously passed it two sessions, said we're not even going to
01:44bother to pass it over to the Senate because it's not going to go anywhere.
01:48But it does set up a very similar framework to the legislation if voters decide to approve
01:54it.
01:55It'd be, you know, online and in-person sportsbooks for 13 casinos and the six sports teams and
02:01two additional standalone online sportsbook operators that the State Gambling Commission
02:06could award.
02:07So it'd be a nice, robust market.
02:10Certainly something that has been in the works a long time.
02:14We're just waiting to see official confirmation that it's on the November ballot.
