00:05quick Mac keyboard shortcuts to help with word processing on a Mac computer
00:10without further ado let us start the video. So in this tutorial you need to
00:15have access to a Mac computer, have access to Mac Office, in particular
00:19Microsoft Word. So we're gonna start this tutorial so we can go all the way down
00:22to the dock, go to Launchpad, search for Microsoft Word, click on the application
00:29itself. Let's just open up a brand new blank document on screen, create and now
00:38the Mac keyboard shortcut number one is select all with command A. As we have
00:47nothing on screen let's just write computer science videos.
00:54The keyboard shortcut to select everything on screen is command A so
00:58that is itself number one. Let's just add number one to that. Number two is command
01:06C. Number two would be to copy everything on screen after we select
01:15command A, command C. Let's just write that. So select all, command A. Let's just
01:35delete computer science videos for the moment. Number two, copy command C and so
01:52command A, command C, select and copy and now number three would be to command V
02:01paste. There you go. Let's just change number three to command V. Let's just
02:23organize. Number four would be to save the document on screen which is command
02:28S. Let's just write that down.
02:38Command S itself. Let's just change to Word document, click on save and then to
02:49quit the application would be which is number five, command and Q.
03:05Command S to save, command Q to quit the application and so that's all for this
