00:00Some senators, as suspended Bamban Tarlac Mayor, Alice Guo, came forward to the Senate.

00:09This is in front of their issued arrest warrant of high charges against Guo and others.

00:17As the Senate leader, Daniel Manalasta will check the security of these people in the center of the news.

00:25After the Senate issued an arrest order against suspended Mayor Alice Guo, Senate President Francis Codero said,
