An emotional Alec Baldwin welcomes judge's dismissal of involuntary manslaughter case
New Mexico judge Mary Marlowe Sommer dismissed the case with prejudice based on the misconduct of police and prosecutors over the withholding of evidence from the defense. Baldwin was charged with involuntary manslaughter in the death of Haylyna Hutchins, the cinematographer on the set of 'Rust', who was fatally shot in 2021 when a prop gun discharged.
